Laptop/School Material Drop Off Informational Letter
Good morning SVMS families,
As the school year starts to wind down we know that you have many questions. We will be sharing information as it becomes available. Today’s message is about the collection of school materials for the end of the year! We have a drop off planned for the final week of school separated by grade levels to reduce the number of people at one time. On the day of your drop off please bring all of your student’s materials including laptops with chargers and cases, text books, classroom materials, library books, lunch money, uniforms, etc. It will be a drive through model in the front circle of the school. We will have staff available to meet you at your car with a checklist to check in materials. If you have students in multiple grade levels, please feel free to turn their materials in on the same trip. We would appreciate it if you would let us know which day you would be coming if this is the case.
This information is also posted on the school website at
For students that have completed their requirements on Friday, June 5th, these are their dates and times for collection:

Monday, June 8th - 4th and 6th grade families from 10:00-6:00
Tuesday, June 9th - 5th grade families from 10:00-6:00
Wednesday, June 10th - 7th grade families from 10:00-6:00
For students that participated in the week of remediation, please plan to drop off your items on Friday, June 12th between 8:00-4:00.
All 8th graders please also plan to drop off your items on Friday, June 12th as well to ensure that you are able to view the 8th grade promotion video that will be shared on the evening of Thursday, June 11th! If you have a younger SVMS student, please feel free to bring their items on Friday as well.
If you are unable to make it on the designated day/time, please reach out to the main office at school to make other arrangements. The number is 625-2450.
We appreciate all of the hard work you have put in so far! The end of the year always goes by so quickly and it is almost here! We look forward to seeing you soon.
Take care,
Sonya Logan
